A multiplayer mission from Mass Effect 3 set in Firebase Jade, one of the new scenarios from the Rebellion DLC. I was playing with a level 20 Human Vanguard, in Silver Challenge.

Note: we encountered a weird bug right at the end, where I was counted as the "lone survivor", even when my three teammates were alive and taking cover by a nearby wall. I checked the Bioware forums and several other players are reporting the same problem. The common element seems to be taking cover in the wall of the bridge, so you should avoid doing that in the final seconds.
