It was a RPG venture that sent players in a new direction with the promise of a new adventure, it did not pan out for sure. It was a single player campaign experience, with multiplayer coop too.

It brought character customization, group work with others to explore this new landscape and of course a mystery along the way too which is exciting. It was a single player story, but also had some cooperative multiplayer to work in. That area was expansive, offering many ways to play together which is great.

Mass Effect Andromeda Xbox Series X Gameplay Review of this exciting entry in the series in terms of hope it brought, which obviously dwindled. It was a good attempt I suppose, but it failed to hit expectations and let down fans in many ways. There were some side quests to do, some building elements and of course an expanded scope of exploration.
It definitely hits the visual mark now, looking fairly impressive in terms of scale and the whole sci-fi design too as you explore many planets. It tried to do something new, and it failed in its delivery which doomed the franchise for a number of years but a new hope for the series is on the horizon.
