There were 315 games released for the Master System, 158 of which were only released in PAL regions, which means more than HALF the catalog of Master System games were NOT released in the USA/America.
And of the 157 games that were NOT exclusive to the PAL region.
18 were exclusive to Japan, 22 were exclusive to Brazil and only 4 were released exclusively to North America.
