Remove your lower grates.
set shroud up over heat assembly
install griddle plates
light your Masterbuilt and set temp to 1050. Let run for 30 min.
after the 30 min. wipe with oil(not cooking spray)
let sit with the hood closed for 15 min. after that 15 min,
wipe down again and let sit for 15 min.
do it one more time and then turn the grill off!!
Treat it just like a Blackstone!
