Math and TimeSplitters Future Perfect: An Absolutely Amazing Game Way Ahead Of Its Time!!!!!
Math and TimeSplitters Future Perfect: An Absolutely Amazing Game Way Ahead Of Its Time!!!!!
I see games like Team Fortress 2, Overwatch, Fortnite, etc and I would like to think that they've been inspired by the TimeSplitters series. TimeSplitters Future Perfect in particular has so much, color, levels, characters, modes, customization, a solid story, co-op, multiplayer, etc. There is so much math in all of these things!
It is fun! An absolute blast. It deserves way more credit than it gets, and honestly the whole series does. It was doing the most back in 2005.
Real talk, you can play as or against so many characters in TimeSplitters Future Perfect, i.e. gingerbread men, dinosaurs, zombies, etc.
Also, fun fact, when you hit a snowman with the flamethrower, they scream "I'm melting!" as you kill them. Wow, I forgot that. This game! Ha, if you choose to have all snowmen be your opponents in the deathmatch, you'll get a nice chorus of "I'm melting!" going if you kill several at once or quick succession with the flamethrower. It's awesome and weirdly dark!
That being said, the weapons are quite balanced, and in general this game is so incredibly balanced. You have so many options and strategies to consider. It's great!
Also, allegedly, they are working on a sequel, this time for real. We'll see what happens. Either way, TimeSplitters is awesome, especially TimeSplitters Future Perfect!
