Phase Shift is a tabletop RPG still currently in development that takes place in a reality where two universes collided: an extremely advanced magical/fantasy one, and a technologically developed sci-fi one. Now, the universe is trying to sort itself out and deal with the new challenges of cultural misunderstandings and opposing desires. The system itself allows for a great deal of creative freedom and roleplaying flexibility, providing guidelines where other systems would impose limits or rules. Of course, means that the GM really has to be good at balancing and playing on the fly just as much as the players are!
