Max Payne 3 released 8 years ago back in may of 2012 and garnered praises from pretty much every gaming critic at the time... Max Payne 3 is a third person linear action story focused game and blew most people away back in 2012. Max Payne 3 did have its critics though
Fans of the previous entries seemed to have met the game with mediocre reception though but that seems to have changed over the last 8 years.
This is my Max Payne 3 video review 8 years later!
Is Max Payne 3 really worth it though in 2021?
Youtubers like raycevik shows that without a doubt max Payne 3 has become more widely praised by fans of the franchise than ever before.

Max payne 3 was delayed countless times so was the delays worth it 8 years later? Lets find out
So Act 1 overall is great, it sets the tone and direction of the story and has some really great chapters while being held back by chapter 3 but thats just me.
The gameplay is exhilarating and requires pin point precision which could be a issue for console gamers but i played on pc and it made the game much more rewarding.
Animations are fluid thanks to Rockstar's physics engine and it really is a sight to behold watching your enemies drop to the ground after getting 6 perfect headshots.

Voice acting is top notch and Max's voice actor is superb in the role which is why its weird Rockstar originally wanted to recast him which still makes no sense to me.
The side characters like Passos are brilliant as well and provide some great comic relief and get treated right in later chapters so lets get into act 2

Max Payne 3 8 years later on pc is a certified classic.
