Red Qubeley or Ple Two's Qubeley MK-II has to be the top 1.5k that went under most people's radar. It doesn't look that broken and has no insane DPS output like Re-GZ and Kampfer...but watch them scratching their head trying to kill you. It's very unusual for a 1.5k to have a kit of this quality.
