No, it’s not Hydro Thunder but an incredible simulacrum. Actually this game is from the savage before time of 1996, and it looks kinda high tech by the standards of a time when regretting a Saturn purchase was still a culturally relevant pass time. It makes for some leisurely viewing, too, which is fortunate because we spend the whole time quibbling about ways to say you’re horny in Korean. An educational episode to be sure!

WaveRunner is a Sega racing arcade game developed and released in 1996. The game was built on the Sega Model 2 arcade hardware. The game is based on the water craft of the same name by Yamaha.

WaveRunner was designed in a cabinet that resembled an actual WaveRunner model. The game features three courses: "Novice", "Intermediate", and "Expert". The gameplay focuses on being more of straight racing game, like most Model 2 racing games, but you do tricks on ramps.
