4ESP: Bienvenidos a Mechanical Madness 3. Es un hack de SM64 creado por LauraLuvbi como la tercera instalación de la saga "Mechanical Madness" y contiene 121 estrellas. Es un hack grande con una gran cantidad de misiones que requieren que Mario descubra secretos y una gran cantidad de monedas en la mayoría de los niveles. No hay cambios significativos en la mecánica del juego.
