2This is a no commentary, no mods blind campaign playthrough of Piranha Games Inc. MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries, this is Episode #10.
Today in episode #10 the 666th keeps on the hunt for good heavy `Mechs (these are starting to look far and few between if they are not wildly overpriced). Pilots MaCrea and Watkins carry on making their way to be elite MechWarriors. Ideally when they get there, they will not cost me so much in repair bills… Freeman still has the urge to have parts of his `Mech shot off, so he might just start sitting more…
The 666th stays in Davion space for most of this episode, I remember why I dislike Hunchbacks (hint it sits on the right side of the `Mech)… The company also starts taking more multi-part contracts, it is a good thing we have at least some variation in weight in the `Mechs in order to do them without having to take badly damaged `Mechs into combat mission after mission.
I also learn how useless night vision is, and how much I miss thermal imaging of games past…. I also come to hate procedurally generated maps a lot more…
