The D configuration is setup to harass larger targets in close quarters environments such as urban or mountainous terrain. A straightforward design, the D comes equipped with quad medium pulse lasers. Though this could cause heat issues, the lasers rate of fire mean all of them can be fired with modest heat build up, thus allowing it's pilot to keep moving and firing with little chance of counter fire.

The D is a real joy to use. It's effective damage wise and is simple enough to allow you to focus on your targets and not worry about ammunition or heat that often during battle.
