Step 1 - Equip any "Poisoner" Legendary Armor piece.

Step 2 - Find a Radscorpion and let it hit you with the Sting.

Step 3 - While your health is diminishing by the sting Poison, via your pipboy, unequip the Poisoner armor set piece.

Step 4 - Return to the game and run away from the scorpion until your health stops diminishing by the sting poison.

Step 5 - keep repeating these steps until you get your perception back to normal.

Step 6 (Optional) - Abuse this glitch to get an insane amount of perception as a way to screw bethesda back and as a way to tell them to fuck off.
