Media Says SHE-RA Cast Paid Tribute to Larry DiTillio (No, They Didn't.)
Um, NO... they didn't. Website Den of Geek claims that the cast of Netflix's She-Ra and the Princesses of Power paid their respects to the late, great Larry DiTillio -- co-creator of the original She-Ra. In an article that cobbles together generic quotes about the 1980s show from those associated with the new series (most seemingly from panels and interviews), Den of Geek plays apologist, claiming that the people behind the new She-Ra properly acknowledged DiTillio's passing.
As of the time we're posting this video, there has been no mention of Larry DiTillio's passing on the official DreamWorks She-Ra social media accounts, or Noelle Stevenson's personal Twitter. Two cons have come and gone, and no mention of DiTillio's passing that we're aware of.
It's been nearly a month.
The author claims he personally asked them about Larry at Wondercon two weeks ago, but most of the quotes seem to be from the panel...

If they do acknowledge Larry DiTillio NOW, it looks like they're only doing so because they've been called out on it.
