Digital preorder themes varies when it comes to regions. Some will receive day one like I have as I live in the US while others will receive the theme on release day of the game. So always remember, regions vary when it comes to digital preorders.

If you can’t find the theme, you can always go to library and find the game under the purchase section. It should be there and if it’s locked, possibly it will be unlocked on release day of game.
