MediEvil - Speedrun | Glitchless in 58:49 (World Record)
78I completed MediEvil in under an hour... without any skips or glitches!
It took over a month of attempts to complete this Glitchless World Record Quest!
Prior to me embarking on this quest, Glitchless was not an established category.
It was a unique challenge to pioneer a new speedrun category - an undertaking that I had never attempted before.
It took many hours of planning, thought, and skilled play to get the time low enough to finally reach the sub 1 hour - a feat that initially seemed impossible.

ℹ ️ What is 'Glitchless'?
The goal of Glitchless is to beat the game without performing any skips, tricks, or glitches.
This completely changes MediEvil's Speedrun - it has always been about performing tricky skips and glitches back to back.
It turns out that the game is quite hard without them too!
ℹ ️ What qualifies as a glitch?
There is a difference between a glitch/skip and a shortcut!
A shortcut is:
🟢 Not bypassing any major part of the game
🟢 Easy to perform and does not require any precision or trickery
🟢 Giving you as many tries as you like, with no punishment for failing
