15This is a chance to juice the moose with the self proclaimed (Agency Sharp Shooter 'Chairman') Sinx. As you'll soon establish Sinx would never call himself that. This is chance to listen to his advice around what it takes to build a profitable creative agency and an amazing culture.
What I intend to do is unlock Sinx's mind so that he gives us advice around starting something today.. He's a guru. (he's also in the throws of growing ustwo over the next 5 years and if he doesn't hit his targets I will have to fire him!)
Both Sinx and I are passionate about launching creativity to the world so we promise this will be a talky time you will never forget (likely because it will be so utterly shite) I'll make sure sinx talks about the importance of actually making money! and profit, how to new business, operations, finance, IT!, process and even about how he got rid of his amazing co founder!! what an arsehole right!!
p.s in 2019 our utter love and passion, a creative endevour! posted revenue of £35million.. proving to us that a fampany (company which truly cares about people) built on values and deep care can be finaincially succesful.
