The SEGA Mega Drive ( Genesis ) turns thirty today, having been released in Japan on the 29th October 1988. We take a moment to celebrate this awesome bit of 16bit hardware. To mark the occasion, I'll be doing the MegaDrive++ Switchless MOD using the Arduino Nano. A 21st century improvement to my favorite console of all time. This modification is
as nondestructive as possible and is one I've been planning for some time. With some surprises along the way lets dive in and explore this legendary games console.
