The magnet flies will make you float if you’re under them. Descend once and you’ll battle Proto Man. In a bouncy battle, keep shooting Proto Man until he flees and a way below will open up. Big springs will shoot missiles and wave about if you get close. When you see suction walkers, some walls generate a magnetic force, pulling you in. To cross over tall walls, use the disappearing blocks. The puzzles of the blocks get harder as there are holes and magnetic forces attached to some walls. After crossing, climb a ladder and you’ll see a pot alien shooting pebbles in different directions. Go up another ladder to spot another big springer by the gate. Go through the gates to enter the boss room. Magnet Man jumps at random heights and shoots magnets. If he uses a force to pull you close, no attacks will affect him. Spark Shocks and Shadow Blades work well against this boss. After winning, you’ll obtain the Magnet Missile weapon.
