60Thomas the Tank Engine's angry cousin always made me smile lmao- though this design is ridiculous, at least his boss fight actually proved to be somewhat of a challenge unlike uhhhhh I dunno TOAD MAN.
His theme always sounded like a Route theme from Pokémon, and I think it kinda translated well actually using the DPPt soundfont! Or maybe a Bicycle theme? Now I'm just picturing Mega Man casually running around Oreburgh City trying to find Guts Man.
Custom Charge Man Sprite was made by me! Hope you guys are enjoying this, hopefully the algorithm will be on my side soon, just need to pick the right song.
