Bolt #17: (2:30). Use the Mega Ball to jump high enough to reach the ladder near the start of the level. The Bolt is located just to the left of the enemies at the top of the ladder.
Bolt #18: (2:47). After the previous Bolt, head right into the next room and use the Thunder Claw to cross the spike pit.
