Another stage I mastered.

Since I'm nice, here's my order for Robot Masters in Mega Man 9 which I suggest you use...

1. Splash Woman
2. Concrete Man
3. Galaxy Man (You can beat him first without too much trouble, but this order works better)
4. Jewel Man
5. Tornado Man (NOT Plug Man, because beating your 5th boss gets you the jet which is a god send for Plug Man's stage)
6. Magma Man
7. Hornet Man
8. Plug Man

Wily boss hints!:

Wily Boss 1 - Use normal Mega Buster. If one of the machines starts firing those red triangles at you, aim for them.
Wily Boss 2 - For phase 1, to save ammo, use the Mega Buster, on phase 2; use the Trident, and on phase 3, use what remainder you have of the Trident and then try the Magma Bazooka.
Wily Boss 3 - Use the Black Hole Bomb. After about 3/4 of the green blobs have been fired, make a Black Hole by the green blob and the eye inside it should hopefully hit the Black Hole.
Wily - Phase 1, all you can use is the Mega Buster. Phase 2, the weakness is the Concrete Shot, but it's much easier to just use the Mega Buster. Phase 3, you can use the Tornado Blow (if you have any left) to get a couple of easy hits as well as making his attack not work, when that's all out, use the Hornet Chaser of fire charged Magma Bazooka shots.
