5Plug Man was made by Dr. Light to handle a TV development factory, as he inspects every TV made their for quality. As such, he's gained an affinity for electronics, gadgets, and other such geeky things.

Yes, even this retraux tribute of a game has them, but in my opinion, they're not too hard to navigate. Also, watch out for the static screens, as they create shadow clones of Mega Man when you pass by them.
Defeat Plug Man to get his weapon: Plug Ball, which travels along the surfaces of floors, walls, and ceilings. If you wanna have an easy time beating him, use Jewel Man's Jewel Satellite on him.

One thing I like about this stage is that it has some pipes that infinitely spawn enemies. Hang around these spots to farm for pickups, namely the Screws. This will be handy for me, later...
