Welcome to my newest playthrough! This time, we're going to tackle Mega Man 9, the penultimate title in the classic series! This game came out a full 12 years after Mega Man 8 (and 10 after Rockman & Forte) and reverted back to the 8 bit style we knew and loved as we face off yet again against...Dr. Light?!?. However, don't be fooled, this is a completely new adventure created specifically for 7th gen systems and features a return to basics, eliminating the charge and slide gameplay features and attempting to align back to Mega Man 2's style. The game also comes with a slew of new features including leaderboards, challenges and a time attack mode. There's even DLC, which allows you to play through the game as Protoman, play harder difficulties or even attempt a new special stage and fight a new boss: Fake Man. However, none of these are covered during this playthrough.

This video walkthrough will take you through all 8 robot masters and Dr. Wily's castle (the DLC and challenges will not be covered in this series). However, this series will show you how to conquer all the bosses and beat the game.

In Part 2, we continue to the second robot master: Concrete Man, who wields a weapon that can shoot liquid concrete that can freeze enemies or create blocks.
