Welcome! In this video, we play through the obscure sequel to Mega Man & Bass entitled Rockman & Forte: Mirai kara no Chōsensha (which translates to Mega Man & Bass: Challenger From the Future). When Bandai got the OK to port Mega Man & Bass to the Wonderswan, the company opted rather to create a sequel to the game in which a mysterious enemy who looks exactly like Mega Man starts destroying cities. Bass, who witnesses the destruction as well, hops in to save Wily from getting attacked and like it's predecessor, you can choose between the two of them.

The game is unique in several ways. Currently, it's one of the very few games in the classic series which doesn't feature Wily in any significant way. It's also the only classic game that doesn't make use of the "rock, paper, scissors" style of weaponry that the series is known for (meaning the bosses have no weaknesses to specific weapons). However, it's still unique and interesting enough to warrant a playthrough, even though I feel it doesn't live up to it's predecessor.

This video walkthrough will take you through all eight stages of the game so you can take down Mega Man Shadow and learn his true identity. The first seven parts will be dedicated to Mega Man's playthrough of the game while the remaining seven parts are dedicated to Bass' playthrough.

In Part 1, we start our journey as Mega Man and blast through the introduction stage. We then lay the beatdown on Stoveman.
