Welcome! In this video walkthrough, we play through a more obscure game in the Mega Man classic series: Mega Man The Power Battle! Originally released as an arcade game, this game was later ported to PS2 (and brought overseas on the Mega Man Anniversary collection) and lets you fight against a random assortment of robot masters from the first seven games in a Mega Man themed 2D fighter. The game allows you to choose between Mega Man, Bass and Proto Man as well as which group of robot masters you want to fight (which also affects the end game bosses) and, for a unique twist, allows a second player to hop in and join the action to help you take down the boss (unlike most 2D fighters at the time, which you had to play versus). Plus, in classic Mega Man style, each boss has unique weapons that you can steal from them and effectively use against other bosses.

While all three characters have the same moves and are essentially sprite swaps of each other, they do have unique endings and this video walkthrough series will help you conquer all three sets of robot masters with all three characters.

In part 4, we tackle the robot masters from the first two games again, this time as Proto Man.
