Shortly after starting the stage,you'll face Chill Penguin again. After an area where you'll use a Mech,you'll soon fight Storm Eagle again as well. Use a charged Sting shot to get through the next area. Boss: Face. Yeah,a giant face is a boss. It'll attack with both the eyes,and close in the walls to attack with it's nose. Weak to Sting shot.
