There are search lights scattered around this level. Use the dark areas to avoid them. If you're spotted,it triggers the blocks hanging around to attack. The giant blocks will try to crush you,but the pinkish colored ones can be destroyed. The mini boss here is a giant sword. Aim for it's hilt to hurt it. There's a 2nd mini boss near the end of the stage. If he scanned you in the previous room,he gets stronger and learns more skills. The X-Hunter Violen also happened to be here,so fought and killed him. This guy is very powerful with his mace,and can fire lasers too. Probably need a sub tank for this guy. Magna Centipede will lose his tail if you hit him with Morph Moth's weapon. He'll warp around the room and try to hit you with his projectiles.
