So everyone who's played this game knows what appears in this level. Outside of the song that later returns in X6, this level has our hidden powerup for the game in it. If you have every Life Up, every Sub Tank, and every Armor part, you take the top ladder next to the wall of spikes after the vertical section with the moving platform. From there, you must traverse through a bunch of spikes and then slide down the left wall, with full health as well, mind you. Eventually, you will go through the wall to a hidden room, and inside it is another Light Capsule. After Dr. Light goes OOC, you go into the capsule to get the Shoryuken from Street Fighter. More impractical compared to the Hadoken, since it launches you at an upward angle instead of being a straightforward projectile, but it also ignores enemy i-frames, so no need to worry about accidentally shooting them before you use it. You perform it like you perform a Dragon Punch in Street Fighter, you press Forward, Down, Down-Forward and then shoot, and they give you the perfect opponent to test it out on, as Agile's new form puts him in the perfect position take the full brunt of the attack.
