This stage can be an absolute pain in the ass, especially as X if you don't have a specific ability because of the damn submarine that's chasing you.
Also, a different theme was originally supposed to be used for Duff McWhalen's stage (which in my opinion, actually is a more suitable theme than the one in this video that was finalized for the game) called Deep Sea.
It was it's own original theme, but it was taken out due to it apparently invoking fear into the player.
Instead, what we have here is a remixed version of Bubble Crab's theme from X2.
While it's a very good remix and is far better than Bubble Crab's original theme, I'd rather have Deep Sea in the game.
Duff McWhalen himself is an easy boss with his weakness, but Zero has the easier time with him than X does.
