To celebrate the 20th anniversary of this game, I went ahead and did a challenge run of my favorite Mega Man game. Done on Steam version of Zero/ZX collection in one sitting, no deaths, unedited. Gets a minimum of 96 points in every stage for a 'true' S-rank playthrough, using only the Z-Saber to fulfill the requirement to unlock the Harpuia minigame.
