This is the climatic battle of Wily and Light's Final creation. If this is how the game turns out then Zero is no longer considered alive due to his sacrifice at the very end of the game. This Zero is probably the strongest of the battles in any of the games seeing as his buster shots home in on you as does his slash attacks. Plus they do much more damage on contact.
