I hate this stage with all the crap and I hate Devilbat (whats his JPN name?). I focused on getting through the stage fairly well and not to worry about the boss fight. Normally he would do this setup where I can inflict a lot of damage on him with less teleportations...I didn't get it in this one and totally blew my time. My fastest is 1:47.

The setup is where he lowers to the floor and claps his wings to send the energy balls. Then he would do his electric bolts move where he teleports really fast and shoots them at the ground. Either that or he would appear in the middle and send those soundwaves.
