I think I've run out of mental health, a quantifiable object that is completely normal to run out of.

I usually record these and just never upload them, but for some reason I decided to upload this one.
To give people an idea about how my general mental health is doing, I burst into tears around five minutes ago because I made a typo in some documentation I'm writing.

Not hurting someone, not making a major mistake, not even making a mistake in something that anyone else would actually see - this wasn't even published yet and would only be published to my coworkers anyway. Just... a typo.
