I wanted to raise some awareness for how it feels to be in a bad mental health system. I have been told all of these things at one time. This is more relevant as I left an ER and psych ward for the past eight days. This time it has been a lot better but I still had a doctor mock me for having CPTSD and seizure which hurt my hand breaking a metacarpus aka hand bone.
