From my understanding Mercari in the US is maintained by a skeleton crew.. so a lot of things beside the selling part become an issue.

I been plugging Mercari for a bit and well.. I gotta be honest here, time to dial it way back.
I am not seeing the referrals showing up and people are not getting their credits like they should be either. I am checking to see if they will get this matter resolve or not.

Pretty sure they need to update the app. The program expire every year but they always extend it.

For those folks who has issues with selling stuff to scammers go to bbb.org and complain, that is where you can get some resolutions. Personally I have experienced buyer scammers on mercari. mercari has always sided with me as a seller.
