Hello everyone!

This October on the Cozybec Youtube channel, I've been remodeling the entirety of Forgotten Hollow, the Sims 4 world that came with the Vampires Expansion Pack. On this fourth lot, I decided I wanted to dedicate a home to one of the occult sim types we actually get in the game - mermaids! The main level is a functioning pool, while deep below the Grotto itself is a home for a family of eight mermaid sims!
