Mesa or Wine or JWM issue #1 (lower fps when fullscreen + some strange drops)

The video is a bit too long.. initially I wanted to cut just the parts where it randomly start dropping fps but there is also the issue that when fullscreen the fps are way shakier than windowed.

Just look at gallium hud to see how stable they are when windowed.

No idea why these constant drops occur, it happens only with certain Wine games,
