Originally introduced in our v56 update, we’re excited to share that this feature is now available to all Meta Quest users. Now you can easily share your VR exploits with friends in real time by going live on Facebook while in-headset.
To get started, just add your Facebook account to the same Accounts Center as your Meta account and you’ll be good to go. Once in VR, select “Go live” from the Camera icon on the Universal Menu. This feature has been redesigned for a seamless and easy-to-use experience, with high-quality video output and persistent access to a live chat panel so you can stay connected with friends and followers throughout your stream.

Attention creators—staying connected with your audience just got a lot more fun! We’re making YouTube chats visible in your Meta Quest headset while livestreaming. Now you can engage with your audience while staying fully immersed in VR. Just make sure your livestream is public and that you’re using OBS software.
