This is part thirty one of my thirty Nine Part run of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes for the Nintendo Gamecube. Two Plot twists, British Accents, and a generic computer voice all exist in this video.

0:30 - This actually explains her last name a bit, in a certain language (I forget which one) Fox is a syllable for Hunter, so he named her after himself.
0:46 - Again, Big Boss wasn't really a Bad guy, just a bit hot headed.
0:59 - Wasn't Big Boss Initially dead after the original Game, meaning that he should have remained hidden to everyone.

1:47 - What exactly did they do to her, the only person who hurt Fox during his time at Foxhound was Dr. Clark.
