179Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain Walkthrough Part 68 includes 60fps MGSV gameplay from Episode 45: A Quiet Exit mission. Mission completed with S Rank. Mission objective is to extract Quiet, who has been captured by the Soviets. A maxed CGM 25 rocket launcher works well here, just make sure to count the 3 blips before a target is locked-on. Remember that Big Boss can only heal when he is stationary, so find a hiding spot and stay put. Towards the end you can follow Quiet's footprints in the sand to find her cassette tape to fulfill the last optional mission task.
Quiet is voiced by Stefanie Jooston and also sings Quiet's Theme which plays during the end credits. You will also get the cassette tape to listen to afterwards. After completing this mission, Quiet will no longer be at Mother Base or the ACC, and you cannot use her as a buddy for the rest of the game, so it's good to back up your game save prior to Side Op 150 - Secure Quiet.

In the aftermath of the events of Ground Zeroes and the destruction of Militaires Sans Frontières, Big Boss falls into a coma. Nine years later, he awakes and forms a new mercenary group, the Diamond Dogs. Now under the guise of the codename "Venom Snake", he ventures into Afghanistan during the Soviet war to track down the men responsible for MSF's destruction. Along the way, he becomes reacquainted with his former rival Ocelot and encounters a unit of warriors robbed of their past, present and future. While he and Kazuhira "Kaz" Miller are initially driven to exact revenge, Snake soon unearths a plot by the Cipher organization to develop a weapon with the potential to surpass even the Metal Gear system, and his mission quickly switches focus to ending the threat.
