This sequel was and is notorious for its slowdown.
I really can't believe SNK released it in this state.
It was definitely hard to play decent at times.
I'm pretty sure I was down to like 4 or 5 FPS.
When you look up game lag there should be a video link to Metal Slug 2.

So bad was this release that SNK re-released the game as Metal Slug X.
Which people could confuse as Metal Slug 10.
The release of X may contain graphical & enemy differences,
I'm not really sure, to be honest.
There is still plenty of slowdown in Metal Slug 2: X as well.
What is there could also be attributed to emulation.

Anyway, more Metal Slug is to come in the future.
