Metal Slug 2 é um jogo de ação lançado pela SNK em 1998. É a sequência do popular jogo Metal Slug. Os jogadores podem escolher entre Marko, Tarma, Eri e Fio, com o objetivo de derrotar o Exército Rebelde de Morden, que está planejando um golpe mais uma vez. O jogo adicionou várias novidades ao gameplay do Metal Slug original, como novas armas, veículos e a habilidade de transformar o personagem. O jogo foi lançado para o arcade Neo Geo MVS, e depois portado para o Neo Geo AES, Neo Geo CD, PlayStation, Virtual Console, iOS e Android, e para o Wii, PlayStation Portable e PlayStation 2 (como parte do Metal Slug Anthology ).

Metal Slug 2 is an action game released by SNK in 1998. It is the sequel to the popular game Metal Slug. Players can choose from Marko, Tarma, Eri and Fio, with the aim of defeating Morden’s Rebel Army, which is planning a coup once again. The game added several new features to the gameplay of the original Metal Slug, such as new weapons, vehicles and the ability to transform the character. The game was released for the arcade Neo Geo MVS, and then ported to the Neo Geo AES, Neo Geo CD, PlayStation, Virtual Console, iOS and Android, and to the Wii, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 (as part of the Metal Slug Anthology).
