Today we talk about Meteor Goliath perks and strategy! This match was against a solid team, and really allowed us to show a good view of what we were trying to accomplish.

In case you missed it in the video, the perks we used included: Tier 1 movement speed (Haste), tier 2 damage over time (Mutated Claw), tier 3 damage over time (Evolved Claw). The reason we used this perk set up on the Meteor Goliath is because we want to stack as much damage over time as possible - making it very difficult for the medic to out heal, and burning through shield wielding supports like Hank, Tech. Sgt Hank, & Sunny.

At stage one, we attempt and succeed at avoiding the hunters entirely until after our evolution by making sure to misdirect whenever the trapper used their scanning class ability. Their eagerness to cut me off ultimately allowed me to get a free Evolve - this is a good goal to achieve early on. This is double important when you feel that the enemy team composition is a well crafted one, and you want to avoid health damage for as long as possible.
