Lets play Metro Exodus on Xbox One S and this is episode number 27. All gameplay footage was captured using the Xbox One's built in capture capability and then upscaled to 1080p in post for a better looking resolution. In this episode we begin loading into the game by the workbench inside the abandoned air base at the top of the control tower. As promised in the last episode its time to do a thorough exploration of this location including all the hangers to. We already took out pretty much all of the humanzees, or so we thought! At first the exploration goes without a hitch until we set our sites upon the last surviving hanger and enter. It is dark and creepy and looks to be laid out in some kind of storage configuration so the collection of MiG fighter jets we were expecting are little more than wishful thinking.. But that's actually totally okay as we need supplies and crafting materials more than anything and this place looks full to the brim of lovely loot for the taking!! After around half of the hanger has been explored there is suddenly some very familiar sounds and yes, we are surrounded by Humanzees and they are upset to find us in there home! Its at this moment we find out just how awful the reload speed for the shotgun we was so excited to have really is! We get attacked faster than we can load the damn thing but finally the situation is about under control.. That's until we hear the sounds of human voices outside! Is it Miller and Anna come to help us.. Or is it those guys we drove past earlier who opened fire upon us.. Its not long until we find out and it actually turns out to be neither of the above! Its just some bandits looking to take us down or run us out of there location. Using the big boom boom boom machine we quickly make short work of them leaving the lone survivor to through up his hands and surrender. Jumping back into our van we start the long drive passed the Arora and towards the next objective marker on the map. The journey holds some surprises of its own so its not over just yet...
