Metro-North tweets that 98% of regular Hudson Line Service is restored on Wed., Dec. 4, 2013 after about 72 hours limited Hudson Line service operation due to the train derailment that occurred in the vicinity of Spuyten Duyvil station in Bronx, New York the past Sunday when the train was going 82 mph as it went into a 30 mph curved section of track located at a sharp bend where the Harlem and Hudson rivers meet, killing 4 people and injuring 63 others. It is still possible to see Metro-North crews working and rebuilding tracks damaged by Sunday's derailment.
