12Now that the Yellow Scarves and The Dollars have made amends, crime is at an all time low in Rhythm City. But that doesn't mean work slows down for the famous Detective Dick Tracy. He's been on the hunt collecting valuable evidence to find and apprehend the most notorious thieves in the world, Carmen Sandiego. But unbeknownst to Dick, Carmen has hidden herself in Time traveling all the way back to 1920's Rhythm City. Can Dick find the clues to stop Carmen and her gang from stealing and rewriting the history the city is built on? Or will Carmen change the pages of time to alter the city as she sees fit?
