Had a really tough time on certain parts of this run, but overall it's solid. Saved 3 and a half minutes and finally achieved sub 2 hour!
The Metroid Dread Speedrunning community has decided that turbo is allowed and part of the rules. I use a controller that has 12hz turbo. I use turbo on the fire, parry, and flash shift/advance text button. There is a secondary button on the back of the controller that I use to execute charge beam and grapple beam, as turbo makes those impossible without constantly turning turbo on and off.
