Overall this was a good run, I lost some time to Golzuna by failing to execute the quick kill. There were some other issues with general movement and execution as well. Also I still need to learn water skip. I think I'm also gonna stop getting the E-tank after the first chozo warrior.
The Metroid Dread Speedrunning community has decided that turbo is allowed and part of the rules. I use a controller that has 15hz turbo. I use turbo on the fire, parry, and flash shift/advance text button. There is a secondary button on the back of the controller that I use to execute charge beam and grapple beam, as turbo makes those impossible without constantly turning turbo on and off.
