Nice. Got the sub-16:30 with this new route on this category (for me) by ditching the Ice Beam e-tank and go directly to Norfair.
After a first 16:38 PB I got yesterday, I manage to get this almost ideal run for my skills, with only noticeable slip-ups getting into the Ridley boss, and during the Mother Brain fight.
Perhaps I will aim for (current) 20th, but I'm pretty happy with this run!
